Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 96 hours notice in advance, else 50% of the total amount be charged
Please arrive at the location 15 minutes before the scheduled trip time
Suitable for all ages (child's safety is the sole responsibility of a parent)
All guests regardless of age will be counted as passengers
Each passenger must carry a valid Emirates ID or Original Passport. This is for Coast Guard permission purposes only. Without the mentioned identification, the coastguard will not give permission to sail.
Bissalama Travel & Tourism will not entertain refund or rebooking if the guests forgot to bring the mentioned identification. Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance of the above will be 100% non-refundable.
In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Bissalama Travel & Tourism reserves the right to reschedule the trip
Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests.
Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Bissalama Travel & Tourism due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Bissalama Travel & Tourism will have the right to seek financial compensation for it.
