- All Rates are quoted in AED per Single or Double room per night inclusive of service charge and taxes. Excluding RAK TDF.
- The above rates are for 2 Adults and 2 Kids below 5.99 years.
- The above rates are based on meal plans mentioned above.
- For Saturday and all Public Holidays LBCG will only be sold on HB+ basis only.
- HB+ includes BBQ Dinner unlimited house beverages during dinner only (19:00 – 22:00) and next Day Breakfast.
- For HB+ Dinner during weekdays will be either buffet or set menu, subject to hotel decision.
- For Safari and Panoramic Dome Suite, the availability must be checked first with our reservation team
- In case government decides to add new taxes, this will automatically reflect in all the rates without prior notice.
Children Policy:
- Children 0 till 5.99 are accommodated free of charge based on the meal plan booked using existing bedding
- Children from 6 till 12.99 pay the above stated amounts and accommodation includes extra bed
- Maximum 1 Extra Bed per room will be provided.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- Minimum Length of Stay is 1 night throughout the whole contract except for the following periods a minimum stay of 2 nights is required 30-12-24 till 01-01-25.
- No Check out is allowed on 31-12-24
Check in & Check-Out procedures:
Check in time: 15:00, Check out at 12:00 noon. Any check out between 12 noon until 1800 hrs. The guest or the travel agency is liable to pay 50% of the daily room charge as day –uses charges (Room only without any food or beverages and subjected to room availability.)
- Check –out after 1800 hrs. The guest or the travel agency will be liable to pay full night according to the normal contract rates. (Subjected to room availability)
- Check In will be guaranteed at 12:00 instead of 14:00 in case checked out rooms is equal to checking in rooms
Cancellation and No Show:
In case of cancellation during the release period a one-night charge will be applied except for the following periods 100% will be charged 30-12-24 till 03-01-25.
- No show and early departure are charged the full stay based on the meal plan booked.
